RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Demand for Employer (by fax or email)

  • Step 1: Demand for Employer (by fax or email)
    The following duty authenticated/ attested documents have to be submitted for the recruiting procedures by the employer company.
  •  Demand Letter Which contains details of vacancy. It Should mention the type of worker required, nature and number of workers needed, wages/salary, qualification, experience and other terms and conditions of the services and benefits offered by the employer.
  • Power of Attorney Which authorizes Euro Cross International Pvt. Ltd. to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with respective Embassy and related agencies of Government of Nepal.
  • Employment Contract Which specifies wages proposed and list of benefits like accommodation, food, medical facilities, leave etc. It is signed in between the Employer and the Nepalese Employee.
  •  Guarantee Letter
  •  Agreement Letter between Employer and Euro Cross International Pvt. Ltd.

Step2: Recruitment Permission:

After receiving all necessary documents, Department of labor verifies for the credibility of demand and checks whether the terms and conditions involved contradicts with rules and regulations of Nepal Government. After Verification, Ministry of Labor grants permission to proceed with the requirement.

Step3: Pre-Scanning Candidates:

After the required permission is obtained from the Ministry of Labor, we will publish an advertisement in the leading national daily newspaper calling for potential candidates. The applications are scrutinized to confirm whether the application meets the requirements of the employer. The application is interviewed and prescreened by the recruitment officers of EUROCROSS INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. The short-listed candidates are called in for a final interview with a representative of the employer.

Step4: Final Interview (by employer)

The employer or his representative will carry out an interview and perform the final selection of the employees.

Step5: Medical Checkup:

Candidates who are selected after the final interview. Have to undergo a medical examination in a hospital that is authorized by the Ministry of Labor. The candidate must be physically fit for foreign employment.

Step6: Employment Visa:

The process of obtaining a visa differs according to countries.

Step7: Orientation:

The selected candidate will sign an employment contract. Once the candidate receives a visa, He/ She is required to take an orientation class before the travel date. Orientation class helps the candidate to get final approval from Labor Department, Nepal. The candidate receives information regarding the law, environment, and culture of the would-be working country, work ethics, job responsibilities, salary information, OT, food, and accommodation facilities.

Step8: Travelling Arrangement:

After receiving the visa, we will arrange for the travel of the candidates. Final approval from the Labor Department, Nepal, a ticket copy of visa, NOC, insurance, and employment contract are required for traveling.

Step9: Deployment:

After completing all the steps and after the clearance of service charge (if any), the candidates will be deployed.
